The invention discloses a tissue excision circular stapler, which comprises a pistol-shaped main body, wherein the pistol-shaped main body comprises a barrel portion and a handle portion; a stapler head plate is arranged on a muzzle of the barrel portion; a hollow suction tube extends from the center of the side, facing the pistol-shaped main body, of the stapler head plate; the tail part of the hollow suction tube is inserted in a tissue accommodating cavity of the barrel portion; the part, close to the handle portion, of the barrel portion is provided with a hydraulic device; the hydraulic device comprises a hydraulic cylinder and a piston which can be propelled in the hydraulic cylinder; piston rod, which runs through the barrel portion and extends out of the barrel portion so as to push the piston conveniently, is arranged at the side, away from the stapler head plate, of the piston; and an oil storage device, which communicates with the hydraulic cylinder, is arranged at the end, close to the stapler head plate, of the hydraulic device. A telescopic rod is fixedly arranged on the piston; and an annular knife is fixed to the top end, away from the barrel portion, of the telescopic rod.
