Abstract
The invention discloses a method of improving cutting survival rate of clematis variety Henry. The method comprises the following steps of 1) preparing cutting slips, a slotting bed and cottage matrix, 2) cutting and 3) managing after the cuttage. Mixing concentration of the clematis seedling Henry green branches, IBA and green plant growth regulator (GGR) is 2,000mg / L; immersing time is seconds; the matrix is composed of peat and vermiculite rock with a proportion of 1 to 1; and the survival rate according to the process can reach 77% compared with other processes and is the highest level.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of plant cultivation and propagation, in particular to a method for improving the survival rate of cuttings of the clematis variety Henry. Background technique [0002] Henry (English trade name: Clematis 'Henryi') is a cultivar of Clematis L. in the family Ranunculaceae. In this study, the cutting and rooting agent formula test was carried out with the clematis cultivar Henry introduced from Poland as the material. This variety is a deciduous vine with thick branches and large leaves. It is a relatively strong type among clematis plants and has strong climbing ability. The flowering period is from the beginning of May to the end of October, nearly 5 months. Sepals are petal-shaped, large flower type, flower diameter about 22cm, petals white, oval, single, filaments white, anthers reddish brown. In the garden, it can be applied to various vertical greening such as corridor frames and columns, and can also...
