The capsule content is high-purity C32 and microcrystalline cellulose, wherein the high-purity C32 and the microcrystalline cellulose are dissolved by using heptanes; C32 is uniformly dispersed and coated with microcrystalline cellulose particles; and a solvent is completely evaporated to dryness through heating at 65-70 DEG C to form a cellulose crystal containing the C32. Each finished product capsule contains 120mg of cellulose crystal which contains 60mg of C32 and 60mg of microcrystalline cellulose. The problems that the imported C32 capsule is out of stock and high in price and purchase is restricted in the process of determining the grazing intake are solved; the sustained-release capsule is simple in preparation method, low in cost and appropriate in quantity for use and can be immediately prepared in use, waste caused by blind stockpile is avoided, and the test cost is greatly reduced.
