Abstract

The floating plant zone and the submerged plant zone are disposed in the rail frame. The transverse length of the rail frame is matched with the width of the river channel. The longitudinal length of the rail frame is matched with the total length of the floating plant zone and the submerged plant zone. The floating plant zone comprises fixed zones and an unrestricted zone. The system is provided with one of the fixed zones, the unrestricted zone, the other fixed zone and the submerged plant zone in order from the upstream to the downstream in the river channel.
