Embodiment 1
[0038] Embodiment 1: Isolation and identification of FP-JCCW bacterial strain
[0039] (1) The FP-JCCW strain is a resistant strain screened from the Shaoguan Dabaoshan mining area, which specifically includes the following steps:
[0040] (1) Prepare culture medium
[0041] PDA medium: potato (peeled) 200g, glucose 20g, agar 20g, distilled water 1000mL, natural pH value.
[0042] The specific preparation process of PDA medium: Peel 200g of potatoes and bud eyes, cut into small pieces, put them in 1000mL of distilled water and boil until the potatoes become soft and not rotten, then filter with 8 layers of gauze, and pour the filtrate back into In the pot, add agar and glucose, stir evenly and replenish water to 1000mL, and finally divide into 250mL Erlenmeyer flasks for later use.
[0043] (2) Domestication and cultivation
[0044] Make a spore suspension from freshly cultured endophytic fungal strains to the logarithmic phase, take 1mL of the spore suspension and apply it...
Embodiment 2
[0052] Example 2: Performance and mechanism of action of FP-JCCW strain for adsorption of heavy metal thallium
[0053] In order to further clarify the adsorption characteristics and preliminary mechanism of FP-JCCW strains on heavy metal thallium, this example takes thallium as the research object, and studies the adsorption characteristics of microbial strains on thallium under different environmental conditions, using electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopy and other methods to study Preliminary mechanism of bacterial strain adsorption of heavy metal thallium.
[0054] (1) Preparation of FP-JCCW strain adsorbent
[0055] The FP-JCCW strain was cultured in liquid for 72 hours and filtered through 8 layers of gauze to obtain FP-JCCW mycelium. Then the cells were transferred to an enamel dish, and placed in an oven at 80°C for 6 hours. The dried mycelium was placed in a mortar and ground into powder to obtain the inactivated microorganism FP-JCCW (adsorbent).

Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of bioengineering, and specifically discloses a Fusarium strain and an application thereof. It is identified as Fusarium sp. by ITS gene sequence, and its deposit number is CCTCC M 2016582. The present invention uses inactivated FP-JCCW cells to study its adsorption behavior on thallium, and obtains the best adsorption conditions: pH5.0, initial concentration 100mg / L, contact time 90min, rotational speed 150r / min, biomass 2.5g / L . And its adsorption is more in line with the Langmuir isotherm model and the second-order kinetic equation, which is monomolecular layer adsorption, mainly chemical adsorption. FT-IR, SEM, and XRD characterization analysis showed that the surface of FP-JCCW was porous, and its adsorption of thallium mainly depended on the hydroxyl group and carbonyl group on the cell wall, and the crystal structure of the bacteria changed before and after adsorption. It was inferred that the adsorption of thallium by the inactivated microbial cell FP‑JCCW was completed through electrostatic adsorption and surface complexation. The inactivated microorganism FP-JCCW provided by the invention can be used as an economical, environmentally friendly and sustainable adsorbent to treat heavy metal thallium pollution.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of bioengineering, relates to microorganisms and applications thereof, in particular to a Fusarium sp. strain FP-JCCW, and the application of the inactivated microorganisms as adsorbents in the treatment of heavy metal thallium pollution. Background technique [0002] With the development of industrialization, the problem of heavy metal treatment after large-scale mining has become increasingly prominent. The heavy metal thallium is highly toxic and easily enriched in sulfides. It often migrates during mining and can enter the human body along the food chain, posing a potential threat to human life. [0003] For mining, especially thallium ore and pyrite, the effective treatment of heavy metals is the key to the sustainable development of the mining industry. Nowadays, the treatment of heavy metals is mostly based on physical and chemical methods, but compared with microbial treatment, the two have defects ...
