Problems solved by technology

On the one hand, frequent use of pesticides in tea gardens kills pests, and at the same time, it is easy to make pests resistant to pesticides, and kills a large number of natural enemies, causing pests to multiply and rampant, forming a vicious circle. Serious threat and become the main obstacle to the sustainable development of the tea industry

Embodiment 1

[0014] In May 2016, 100 ul of the attractant was used in Fu'an, Fujian Province, and its active component content was 40 ug to prepare the lure of the tea leafhopper attractant. The amount of each substance added is shown in Table 1. Field attractants are used in conjunction with yellow sticky boards to survey the number of leafhoppers on the sticky boards. Treatments and controls were randomly arranged in the field, and each treatment had 6 replicates. From the survey data in Table 1, it can be seen that the attractant can increase the trapping ability of the sticky chrysalis yellow board to the green leafhopper by about 2.5 times, and the statistical analysis shows that there is a very significant difference between the two. It shows that our attractant has obvious attracting effect.

Embodiment 2

[0018] Use 100 ul of attractant with an active component content of 0.4 ug to prepare lures of tea leafhopper attractant, and the amount of each substance added is shown in Table 2. Use the attractant together with yellow sticky boards in the field, and investigate the number of green leafhoppers on the sticky boards. Treatments and controls were randomly arranged in the field, and each treatment had 6 replicates. From the survey data in Table 2, it can be seen that the attractant can increase the trapping ability of the leafhopper by about 2 times, and the statistical analysis shows that there is a significant difference between the two. It shows that our attractant has obvious attracting effect.

Embodiment 3

[0022] 100 ul of attractant is used, and its active component content is 4×10 -3 ug prepared the tea leafhopper attractant lure core, and the addition amount of each substance is shown in Table 3. Use the attractant with yellow sticky boards in the field and investigate the number of thrips on the sticky boards. Treatments and controls were randomly arranged in the field, and each treatment had 6 replicates. From the survey data in Table 3, it can be seen that the attractant can significantly improve the trapping ability of the sticky insect yellow board to the green leafhopper

Abstract

The invention provides an empoasca vitis attractant based on tropic ageratum herb volatile matter. The attractant is a mixture prepared from four active components including cis-beta-farnesene, alpha-cubebene, caryophyllene and humulene in the concentration being 10<-1> mg / ml-10<-5> mg / ml in the weight ratio being 1: 1: 1: 1. The attractant takes the artificially synthesized volatile matter as the main material, has the obvious attraction effect on empoasca vitis and has the characteristics of being convenient to use, pollution-free and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of trapping pests in large quantities through semiochemicals, and in particular relates to an attractant for tea leafhoppers based on the volatile matter of the red thistle. Background technique [0002] tea leafhopper Empoasca vitis (Gothe) mainly sucks the juice of young shoots of tea trees by adults and nymphs, causing the damaged buds and leaves to shrink, the growth of shoots to stagnate, the veins to turn red, the tip and edge of the leaves to be reddish brown and scorched, which seriously affects the yield and quality of tea. In the tea areas in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in my country, the loss of summer and autumn tea can be 10%-15% in normal years, and the loss can reach more than 50% in severe disaster years. Due to the small size of the insect, the hidden damage, the large number of generations per year, the rapid reproduction, and the serious overlapping of generations, ...
