The wind direction and wind speed detector is arranged outside a window and connected to the single-chip microcomputer. The two carbon dioxide concentration detectors are arranged, one carbon dioxide concentration detector is arranged in the window and connected to the single-chip microcomputer, and the other carbon dioxide concentration detector is arranged outside the window. The single-chip microcomputer is in communication and receives information sent by the wind direction and wind speed detector and the carbon dioxide concentration detector, and meanwhile the automatic window opening mechanism is controlled to work after the single-chip microcomputer judges the received information.
