The invention provides a stretchable flexible infrared therapeutic instrument comprising a stretchable flexible circuit substrate which comprises an upper surface line and a lower surface line, wherein the upper surface is composed of a positive line, a positive welding disc and a negative welding disc, the lower surface line is a negative line, the upper and lower surface lines have an island bridge structure of which the external contour is vertically overlapped, the upper surface of the islands is provided with the positive welding disc and the negative welding disc, the lower surface of the islands is completely covered by copper, all the islands are arranged in arrays and the islands are connected through the stretchable curvilinear bridges; infrared light-emitting diodes (infrared LED) which are welded on the upper surface of each island and mutually connected in parallel; an external connecting interface which is used for being connected with an external power supply and supplying power to the stretchable flexible circuit substrate; and a stretchable flexible packaging layer which packages the parts by using a stretchable flexible transparent film.
