The novel on-line laboratory microwave digester comprises an instrument body, a peristaltic pump, a touch control screen, a pipeline connector, a cooling pump, an air pump, a pressure sensor, a microwave digestion module, an electromagnetic valve, a relay tank, a cooling tank and a PLC (Programmed Logic Controller), wherein the peristaltic pump, the touch control screen and the pipeline connector are arranged on a front side surface plate of the instrument body; the PLC, the relay tank and the cooling tank are arranged inside the instrument body; and the cooling pump, the air pump, the pressure sensor, the microwave digestion module, the electromagnetic valve and the peristaltic pump which are controlled by the PLC are further connected with the touch control screen. Due to control of the PLC, intelligence is achieved.
