By adopting at least one of the judgment steps, a circuit breaker dynamic load real-time data evaluation result, a circuit breaker dynamic load cumulative data evaluation result and a circuit breaker dynamic load possible electrical endurance evaluation result are synthesized to obtain a circuit breaker dynamic load evaluation result to be output. Through conducting real-time analysis and evaluation according to property and magnitude of a main loop current of a circuit breaker, the margin of the circuit breaker in withstanding various types of current, the load which can be increased to the circuit breaker and the possible failure that the circuit breaker can tolerate are determined, thereby providing basic support for the management of the circuit breaker, being capable of avoiding failure rate, prolonging failure-free operation time of the circuit breaker and prolonging the service life of the circuit breaker.
