Abstract

The array substrate comprises a substrate base plate, a thin film transistor arranged on the substrate base plate, a data line electrically connected with a source of the thin film transistor, and a pixel electrode electrically connected with a drain of the thin film transistor, wherein the data line and the pixel electrode are arranged in different layers, a conductive transparent layer is arranged between the layer of the data line and the layer of the pixel electrode, and the data line, the conductive transparent layer and the pixel electrode are overlapped and insulated from one another. Through the array substrate, the pixel electrode in the array substrate can be less interfered with by the electric field of the data line.
