The T-type peritoneoscope sterile protective sleeve comprises an imaging system sterile protective sleeve body and a cold light source sterile protective sleeve body which are arranged in a T type, wherein openings are formed in the two ends of the imaging system sterile protective sleeve body, one end of the cold light source sterile protective sleeve body, and the other end of the cold light source sterile protective sleeve body is integrally connected with the imaging system sterile protective sleeve body; the protective sleeve bodies are of an inner-outer two layer structure; a locking device winding the opening, arranged transversely, in one end of the imaging system sterile protective sleeve body, and a drawcord device used for folding the protective sleeve is concealed between the inner layer and the outer layer of each protective sleeve body is arranged at the other end of the imaging system sterile protective sleeve body and the opening end, arranged transversely, of the cold light source sterile protective sleeve body.
