The line-side electronic unit comprises an acquisition input module, a management configuration module and an output module; the acquisition input module is used for dynamically acquiring multi-path switch quantity input conditions, converting expanded multi-channelparallel port data into serial data by means of a parallel-serial conversion mode, and parsing the input conditions; the management configuration module is used for managing the input conditions, configuring the data and conducting management allocation on contact information corresponding to any transponder output channel through a configuration file; the output module selects corresponding messages according to the allocated valid contact information, encodes the messages and outputs the encoded data to corresponding transponders. By means of the line-side electronic unit with the configurable contact information and the implementation method thereof, four paths of different transponder messages can be simultaneously output to the four ground transponders without mutual influence, the safety of a system is ensured, and meanwhile, the corresponding relationship between input switch quantity information and output channels can be flexibly configured.
