Vortex current for exciting a good conductor is enhanced by using the high-power transmitting coil on the ground, the secondary signal is enhanced, the transient electromagnetic detection depth is increased and the secondary field signal is received in the tunnel so that simultaneous excitation of the ground transmitting coil and the underground excitation coil can be performed.
