Abstract

The method includes the steps of generating a plurality of pseudo-random numbers uniformly distributed over an interval of [0,1]; collecting a variety of power grid safety operation parameter measured data by using a multi-mode wireless communication device, and determining the probability distribution of each parameter according to each parameter measured data; performing random variable sampling on the probability distribution of each parameter according to the pseudo-random numbers to obtain multiple simulated measurement data of each parameter; and calculating the standard deviation of the multiple simulated measurement data for each parameter to obtain the uncertainty of each parameter.
