The calculation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing an internal standard solution, taking n-heptadecane as an internal standard substance and methanol as a solvent to prepare the internal standard solution; (2) preparing a standard working solution; (3) preparing a sample solution, smoking the fine cigarette according to a standard method and setting a puff quantity of smoking; collecting particle matters of each puff of the smoke by utilizing Cambridge filters;then adding the internal standard solution and an extracting solvent into each Cambridge filter with the captured particle matters respectively, and carrying out ultrasonic extraction; enabling an extracting solution to pass through an organic phase filtering membrane to obtain the sample solution; (4) analyzing by adopting a gas chromatograph-tandem mass spectrometer: detecting and analyzing thestandard working solution and the sample solution by adopting the gas chromatograph-tandem mass spectrometer; (5) drawing a standard working curve and calculating a sample result.
