The grafting base is integrally formed and includes a feather piece grafting part and a shuttlecock head grafting part. The feather piece grafting part isin a disc shape, and the section of the center axis of the feather piece grafting part is in an inverted trapezoidal shape. Feather piece grafting holes are formed in the interior of the side wall ofthe feather piece grafting part, and side wall through holes are formed in the side wall of the feather piece grafting part. The sections of the feather piece grafting holes are square. The feather rods of the feather pieces are inserted into the feather piece grafting holes and fixedly connected with the feather piece grafting holes, and the grafting base is fixedly connected with the shuttlecock head through the shuttlecock head grafting part.
