The method is characterized by according to the structure characteristic of cross-river tunnel engineering, establishing the BIM model of the cross-river tunnel engineering; during a cross-river tunnel engineering construction process, when a quality safety problem is generated, marking a problem area in the BIM model by a supervisor, filling in or uploading a problem listin an on-line mode, and automatically pushing to correlation engineering personnel so that the correlation engineering personnel can check the problem area in the BIM model, take pictures on site andreply and solve the problem; and according to the reply and measures, carrying out checking by the supervisor.
