[0013] 1. Test conditions

[0014] The experiment was carried out in the greenhouse of the Chinese Academy of Forestry from March to May 2016. In this study, peat, frog stone, perlite, and honeycomb cinder were selected as four basic substrates. A single-factor experiment was used to design a substrate ratio experiment with 9 treatments, each treatment had 30 bags, and it was repeated 4 times, with the garden soil as the control.

[0015] The 9 kinds of matrix treatments are respectively, T 1 Perlite: peat: vermiculite: honeycomb cinder is 1:1:1:7; T 2 Perlite: peat: vermiculite: honeycomb cinder is 1:2:2:5; T 3 Perlite: peat: vermiculite: honeycomb cinder is 1:3:3:3; T 4 Perlite: peat: vermiculite: honeycomb cinder is 2:1:2:5; T 5 Perlite: peat: vermiculite: honeycomb cinder is 2:2:3:3; T 6 Perlite: peat: vermiculite: honeycomb cinder is 2:3:1:4; T 7 Perlite: peat: vermiculite: honeycomb cinder is 3:1:3:3; T 8 Perlite: peat: vermiculite: honeycomb cinder is 3:2:2:3; T...

Abstract

The invention discloses an optimized formula (perlite: peat: vermiculite: honeycomb briquette residue= 2: 3: 1: 4) of light substrates for soilless culture of eustoma grandiflorum. Light substrates such as vermiculite, peat and perlite and waste honeycomb briquette residues from a wide range of sources are selected as test materials, by comparative study on optimum proportion of the substrates forsoilless culture of the eustoma grandiflorum, an optimal case is selected comprehensively on the basis of various indexes of plants, the germination rate in the group is the highest (98.5%), moreover, the germination time is the shortest and is 12 days, and the average seedling height is the highest (1.98 cm). The study can provide theory basis for soilless culture and industrialized production of the eustoma grandiflorum, and common problems and environment problems of traditional earth culture for flowers are solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of plant planting, in particular to an optimized formula of a light substrate for eustoma eustoma soilless cultivation. Background technique [0002] Eustoma grandiflorum (Eustoma grandiflorum), also known as prairie gentian, is a genus of prairie gentian in the Campanulaceae family. It is a one-year or biennial herb. It is native to Nebraska and Texas in the United States. It likes warmth, humidity and sunshine. It is more cold-resistant and not resistant to water and humidity. It was later introduced to Europe and Japan and improved through hybridization. So far, the output value of eustoma has reached 33.6 million US dollars, ranking among cut flowers. The tenth place, it can be seen everywhere on the window sills of flower shops and families in various European countries. At present, the annual sales volume has reached 100 million pieces, and the sales volume is 110 million US dollars, ranking seventh i...
