The method comprises the following steps: establishing connection with a server by auser by virtue of a transmitting terminal, sending messages to the server, and carrying out format and legality verification on the messages by the server; after the messages pass the verification, generating a globally unique synchronization ID of the same message type; sending a confirmation message ACK to the transmitting terminal by the server, returning the synchronization ID corresponding to message ID in the confirmation message ACK, and updating the received synchronization ID into the just occurred message by the transmitting terminal; meanwhile, carrying out filtration and distribution processing by the server according to the message type, the messages and preset distribution rules; and receiving the messages distributed by the server by a receiving terminal, wherein the messages are mainly divided into online received messages and offline synchronous messages.
