The metabolic pathway is realized through the following steps of: (1) detecting and analyzing serum metabolism products of rats suffering from diabetes induced through high-sugarhigh-fat diet and low-dosage streptozotocin and serum metabolism products of the rats after intervention with moringa oleifera seeds, through a nuclear magnetic resonance technique; (2) screening out14 moringa oleifera seed antidiabetic relevant serum potential markers and performing identification; and (3) screening out 5 moringa oleifera seed antidiabetic metabolic pathways and performing analysis.
