Abstract

The invention relates to a battery liquid injection system including: a loading mechanical arm, an unloading mechanical arm, a pallet transporter, an injection machine, and a transporting mechanism. The injection machine includes a driving apparatus, a rotary disc and an injector pump. The driving apparatus drives the rotary disc to rotate, wherein a plurality of mounting positions are arranged onthe periphery of the rotary disc and used for placing pallets. When a pallet is fully loaded with batteries by the loading mechanical arm, the pallet transporter transports the pallet to preset positions; then, the transporting mechanism places the pallet on one mounting position of the injector machine, so that the rotary disc can drive the pallet to rotate to a position corresponding to the injector pump, and the injector pump injects the battery with electrolyte by preset amount; after all batteries are injected with the electrolyte, the transporting mechanism moves the pallet back to thepallet transporter, and the unloading mechanical arm moves out the batteries in the pallet. The battery liquid injection system achieves automatic injection of the electrolyte instead of conventionalmanual work mode, so that damage to human body due to the electrolyte is prevented.
