The input operation of the user is detected through a terminal. The on-duty information and the field management information which are input by the user are obtained. Statistics and classification are performed on the acquired on-duty informationand the field management information. Furthermore the on-duty information after statistics and the field management information after statistics are transmitted to the server so that the server receives and stores the on-duty information after statistics and the field management information after statistics, wherein the on-duty information and the field management information are transmitted fromthe terminal, thereby facilitating calling and consulting of the on-duty information and the field management information by a checking person, and preventing a problem of inconvenient searching in traditional handwriting and gathering the on-duty information and the field management information.
