The support truss is an open structure with a bottom opening. The annular floating body and at least one vertical column are provided therein with oil storage tanks. The main deck is provided with a living module, a positioning mooring system, an oil andgas processing system, and an crude oil external transportation system. The oil and gas processing system is connected to an oil field through a vertical pipe. The oil and gas processing system and the crude oil external transportation system communicate with the oil storage tanks. The platform of the invention has the functions of crude oil production, storage and external transportation, and satisfies the development needs of a marginal field. The platform uses the main deck and the support truss, is simple in structure and has an obvious weight reduction effect.
