The method comprises the steps that characteristic data of organisms is obtained, the time needed for evolving the organisms is determined, and influence factors are formed; according to the characteristic data of the organisms, by means of a bionic algorithm, a bionic shape region is generated through simulating; theweights of all influence factors are obtained through a hierarchical analysis algorithm, and weighted summation is conducted on all the influence factors according to the weight sizes of variables tocalculate development suitability data; a tissue growth mode is selected, and in combination with the development suitability data, the tissue growth is simulated for the corresponding biological shape region after division; the simulation process is stopped after the preset time required by evolution is met, and the biological evolution results are output.
