[0026] Adult Brzewski's Voles (with the same development) were collected in Abaga Banner, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Abaga Banner is located in the north-central part of Xilin Gol League, Inner Mongolia, with a terrain of 113°27′-116°11′ east longitude and 43°04′-45°26′ north latitude It is a low-mountain and hilly area on the Mongolian Plateau. The terrain slopes from northeast to southwest. The average altitude is 1127 meters. It is located in the mid-latitude westerly airflow belt. Main features: drastic changes in temperature and temperature, large temperature difference between day and night, less precipitation, large evaporation, more cold waves and strong winds in spring and autumn, cold and long winter, and short and cool summer. The annual average temperature is 0.7°C, the annual average relative humidity is 59%, the annual sunshine hours are 3126.4 hours, and the annual average precipitation is 2...

Abstract

The invention aims to provide an application of retinoic acid to regulation and control for growth and development of lasiopodomys brandtii, that is, the invention provides any one of applications ofretinoic acid to 1)-7) as follows: 1), inhibition for growth and development of the lasiopodomys brandtii; 2), slowing down of weight increase of the lasiopodomys brandtii; 3), promotion of death of the lasiopodomys brandtii; 4), preparation of a drug for inhibiting growth and development of the lasiopodomys brandtii; 5), preparation of a drug for slowing down weight increase of the lasiopodomys brandtii; 6), preparation of a drug for promoting death of the lasiopodomys brandtii; 7), preparation of a rodent damage control agent. Experimental data show that the death rate of the lasiopodomys brandtii treated with retinoic acid is remarkably increased (P is smaller than 0.05) as compared with that of a control group (DMSO), and weight increment is remarkably reduced (P is smaller than 0.05)as compared with that of the control group, which indicates that retinoic acid has an inhibition effect on growth and development of the lasiopodomys brandtii.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of biological control, and in particular relates to the application of retinoic acid in regulating the growth and development of Brandt's vole. Background technique [0002] Rodents are mainly herbivorous animals, and gnawing on good pastures is their greatest harm to grasslands. Most of the rodents living in grasslands mainly feed on high-quality pastures in grasses, sedges, legumes and forbs. In addition to grazing high-quality forages, rodents also eat forage seeds, especially in aerial sowing pastures, high-yield feed, grass seed bases, and perennial artificial grasslands. They steal the newly sown seeds of leguminous, gramineous, etc., causing high-yield feed to be short of seedlings and ridges, and the output of grass seed bases to drop. Selective feeding activities lead to the gradual reduction of fine pastures, while poorly adapted or poisonous plants are preserved and reproduced in large numbers. [0003] ...
