The invention relates to an unmanned helicopter three-dimensional positioning and mapping method based on laser detection and image recognition, which belongs to the technical field of application of unmanned aerial vehicles. A distance measurement sensor based on laser detection and image recognition, an altimetric sensor and a flight control computer are comprised, wherein the distance measurement sensor consists of a vehicle-mounted camera and a laser emitter and used for detecting the distance from the unmanned helicopter to obstacles around. The distance measurement sensor is used for detecting and measuring distance for the around environment of the unmanned helicopter by means of changing the angle of pitch and the angle of yaw. The altimetric sensor is used for measuring the flight altitude from the unmanned helicopter to the ground. The distance measurement data obtained from the measurement under different angles of altitude, angles of yaw and flight altitudes can realize three-dimensional synchronous positioning and mapping of unknown environment by the unmanned helicopter. In the invention, the around environment can be rapidly, simply and reliably detected during the flying by carrying the distance measurement sensor based on laser detection and image recognition on the unmanned helicopter.

The invention discloses a non-splash, low-deformation, high-quality and high-efficiency welding method for a T-shaped joint of an aluminum alloy sheet, which belongs to the technical field of low-deformation, high-quality and high-efficiency welding of a light metal sheet. The method mainly comprises the following steps of: controlling a short-circuited transferred arc composite heat source to perform double side welding from both sides of a rib plate 1 by using two relatively independent laser-precision waveforms, wherein precision waveform control electric arc ensures that welding current is mainly maintained at a very small value when a molten dropping liquid bridge is fractured by tension by controlling current and voltage waveforms during molten drop short circuiting transfer so as to prevent welding splash when short circuiting transfer occurs; and controlling the distance between two laser beams 4 and 11 and a welding wire filling speed within certain ranges and reasonably matching included angles between arc welding guns 5 and 10 and a substrate 2 and included angles between the laser beams 4 and 11 and the substrate 2 so as to obtain the non-splash, low-deformation and low-weight gain T-shaped joint. The welding method of the invention is suitable for high-quality welding of T-shaped joints for aluminum alloy and other light metal sheets.

Novel reinforcement method for two-way curved arch bridge

The invention discloses a novel reinforcement method for a two-way curved arch bridge comprising the following steps: (1) closing to traffic on a bridge deck, dismantling the bridge deck and auxiliary facilities of the bridge deck and removing fillings on arches; (2) cutting rectangular grooves along the two-way curved arch bridge on the top of an extrados corresponding to an original arch rib; (3) chipping the bottom of the rectangular grooves, planting anti-shear reinforcement bars, erecting a formwork on the extrados on the top of the rectangular grooves, assembling the anti-shear reinforcement bars and pouring concrete to form new arch ribs, of which the height is same relative to the extrados, protruding from the extrados; (4) repairing transverse walls, chipping the sections, which are at the outer side of the transverse walls along the two-way curved arch bridge, of the extrados and the new arch ribs, planting reinforcement bars on the extrados and the new arch ribs which are chipped, erecting the formwork and pouring the concrete; (5) chipping the top of the transverse walls, planting vertical reinforcement bars and erecting new columns for supporting the bridge deck; (6) newly building the bridge deck. The novel reinforcement method for the two-way curved arch bridge has the advantages of being small in dead weight of a bridge structure, good in unity of an old structure and a new structure, low in reinforcement cost, good in adaptability, not restricted by surroundings under the two-way curved arch bridge, unchanged about the original appearance of the two-way curved arch bridge, good in operability and good in application prospect.
