The invention relates to a combined determination method for
calcium and
chlorine contents in a
solid sintering aid, which comprises the following steps: 1, sampling and preparing a sample, rapidly collecting a
sintering aid sample by using a sampler, and carrying out sealed storage, 2, weighing the sample, rapidly weighing about 1g of the sample by using an electronic balance, and 3, decomposing the sample, heating by a proper amount of
distilled water at low temperature to completely dissolve the sample, cooling and fixing the volume; 4, performing
calcium content detection and partial sample solution separation; and 5, performing
chlorine determination: taking part of the sample solution, titrating the solution by using a
silver nitrate standard, titrating by using a potentiometric titrator, indicating an end point through potential
mutation, and carrying out blank determination at the same time; 6, calculating a result. The
calcium content in the
sintering aid is determined by adopting an EDTA
complexometric titration method, the
chlorine content in the sintering aid is determined by adopting an automatic
potentiometric titration method. The technical problem of
rapid detection of the content of calcium and chlorine in the existing sintering aid for sintering production is mainly solved.
