The application discloses an anti-aging and anti-
corrosion power cable structure and belongs to the technical field of power cables. The cable comprises, from inside to outside, an anti-
corrosion conductor layer, a conductor shielding layer, a nano-composite
insulation layer, an insulation shielding layer, a water-blocking and anti-
corrosion buffer layer, an armored
protection layer and a double-layer anti-aging sheath layer. The anti-corrosion conductor layer adopts a tinned
copper stranded wire or an aluminum
alloy stranded wire; the nano-composite
insulation layer takes cross-linked
polyethylene or
ethylene-propylene rubber as a matrix; the water-blocking and anti-corrosion buffer layer is composed of an
intumescent water-blocking tape and an
asphalt-based anti-corrosion paste; the armored
protection layer adopts a duplex stainless steel tape or a galvanized aluminum
alloy tape; and the double-layer anti-aging sheath layer is co-extruded by an inner layer of high-density
polyethylene and an outer layer of
polyether polyurethane. The application remarkably improves the anti-aging, salt-
fog resistance, acid and alkali resistance and electrical insulation performance of the cable through the multi-layer composite protection and nano-modification structure, and prolongs the service life of the cable in harsh environments such as coastal areas, chemical industries and underground acid and alkali soils.
