The preparation method includes: preparing following materials of item A including water and propanediol, item B including alcohol, a menthol emulsion, a patchouli extract, citronella grass oil and folium artemisiae argyi oil and item C including vanilla butylether and PEG-40 hydrogenated caster oil; heating the item A into 85 degrees with even stirring for 30 minutes prior to cooling down; cooling down to 50 degrees and adding the item B with even stirring; cooling down to 45 degrees and adding the item C with even stirring; cooling down to 40 degrees to pass the test prior to filtering the material out; performing sampling and testing after 2-hour standing; performing filling and packing after passing the test; performing storage and selling after the completion of the test. The wormwood liquid has the efficacy of main treatment of epigastric distension and pain and irregular menstruation and conditioning of symptoms ofwarming meridians, removing cold and dampness, stopping cold pain and the like.
