Meanwhile, live broadcast or heartbeat detection or encryption or decryption operation of the audio and video data or code stream adjustment of the audio and video data is achieved, frequent communication interaction is avoided, and therefore the network bandwidth can be effectively saved to a large extent, and the signaling interaction capacity is guaranteed.
