The invention discloses a block chain-based offline archiving system and a block chain-based offline archiving method, which specifically comprises an archiving node and a transaction node. The methodcomprises the steps of configuring the archiving node information by the transaction node according to archiving parameters; receiving an archiving request initiated by a blockchain user to completetransaction consensus, after the transaction consensus is completed, analyzing the archiving request to obtain an archiving parameter, calculating to obtain one or more online data blocks conforming to the archiving parameter, cleaning the online data blocks, and generating archived data blocks with the same structure; calculating and generating a historical data fingerprint through a hash algorithm according to the cleaned online data block; sending the historical data fingerprint and the archived data block to an archiving node corresponding to the archiving node information; deleting the stored data in the local temporary directory according to confirmation information fed back by the filing node to generate filing success information, and feeding back the filing success information tothe block chain user; and completing data archiving by the archiving node according to the historical data fingerprint and the archiving data block, and feeding back the confirmation information to the transaction node.
