This invention relates to the field of multi-stage
water treatment technology, specifically to a multi-stage domestic
sewage treatment device, including a treatment tank, which contains a reaction tank, a dissolved air zone, a flotation tank, and a clear water tank. A
sludge removal mechanism is located above the flotation tank, comprising a
transmission belt and multiple telescopic push plates. An inclined plate is fixed above three partitions, and a
backwashing mechanism is installed inside the inclined plate. Firstly, this invention utilizes the unidirectional transmission characteristics of a
ratchet assembly to lock the filter belt when the telescopic rod presses down, breaking the limitations of
continuous operation and providing time for the scum to settle and drain, significantly improving
dewatering efficiency. Secondly, it abandons the complex linkage floating mechanism, utilizing a
water storage plate that moves obliquely along the inclined plate to instantly generate a vertically upward high-pressure surge that impacts the bottom of the flat filter screen. This
water flow is only used to clear the mesh rather than push the scum, completely avoiding the defects of bottom air leakage and pressure relief in traditional solutions, achieving efficient
backwashing with a minimalist structure.
