The method specifically comprises the following steps: (1) combining a WiFi probe ora WiFi internet access module with a camera to form an intelligent acquisition terminal, and capturing video and image data of each person and detecting a WiFi MAC address of a mobile phone when the intelligent acquisition terminal is deployed in a store, a shopping center or other public places; (2) carrying out data processing and extraction; (3) adopting an online-offline-online ID connection method; (4) a user label portrait based on a video camera; and (5) putting advertisement information.
