Abstract

The invention discloses a flood control and drainage calculation method for a lake and river sluice pump system in a plain lake area, which comprises the following steps of: designing an in-lake floodprocess and an in-river flood process by adopting a rainfall runoff model according to day-by-day rainfall and day-by-day water level data of a plain lake area hydrological survey station; calculating the water level below the first-stage sluice, the water level above the last-stage sluice, the water level in front of a pump station and the water level of a riverway measuring point of the two-stage series sluice group by utilizing an open channel non-constant flow basic equation with lateral inflow; establishing gate outflow models under different flow states of the sluice to calculate sluicedischarge capacity; establishing a flood diversion area flow calculation model to calculate flood diversion flow; and establishing a pump station drainage model to calculate the drainage capacity ofthe pump station. According to the method, the model of the flood control and drainage system state result can be effectively solved according to the known conditions and the specified scheduling strategy; and according to a computer simulation result of the flood control and drainage system state, opinions of large-scale flood drainage pump station scheduling and main lake control application areproposed.
