Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: selecting eight parameters as input indexes of hierarchical clustering analysis; classifying crude oil samples according to degradation characteristics; selecting eight compounds which have different sensitivities to microbial degradation and are in an incremental relationship; dividing selected parameter vectors into five grades; calculating and summarizing the MN2 values; judging the degradation degree of the crude oil to obtain a quantitative degradation degree plane distribution diagram in a research area; and selecting degradation parameters C2925-NH / C30H, C2217-NT / C23TT, C27-29DS / C27-29RS and G / (C2925-NH + C30H), and verifying a result by utilizing an expert scoring method. According to the method, effective parameters are selected to quantitatively evaluate the biodegradation level of the crude oil on the basis of fully considering the quasi-stepped change of the biomarker compound in the full degradation interval.
