Abstract

The data storage method comprises the following steps: detecting whether the amount of data cached in a performance layer ofthe full flash memory array is greater than a predetermined threshold value or not; if yes, writing the cache data in the performance layer back to the capacity layer in batches in a data reduction mode, and generating metadata logs of batch operation; and putting the metadata log into the capacity layer.
