According to the liquid crystal display panel and the liquid crystal display device, a large alignment electric field is provided in the non-display area, so that the pretilt angle of liquid crystal molecules in the non-display area is large, liquid crystal in the display area can be pushed to rapidly topple over in the display process, and then the response speed is increased.
