The embodiment of the invention discloses a dynamic filtering and static sterilizing and disinfecting air purifying system and method of a central air conditioner. The system comprises first sterilizing, disinfecting and purifying equipment, second sterilizing, disinfecting and purifying equipment and air circulating equipment. The first sterilizing, disinfecting and purifying equipment and the second sterilizing, disinfecting and purifying equipment are arranged in parallel, and the first sterilizing, disinfecting and purifying equipment and the second sterilizing, disinfecting and purifyingequipment control respectively configured valves to be opened and closed correspondingly according to different operation procedures. The first sterilizing, disinfecting and purifying equipment and the second sterilizing, disinfecting and purifying equipment each comprise a filtering unit, an adsorbing and hindering unit, a static electret unit, a sterilizing and disinfecting unit and an internalair circulating unit.
