Conventional file-based engineering design data for an engineering model are represented by a plurality of components. Each component has a unique identifier, a set of fields, each field having a data type and a data value, and a program which interprets and modifies the fields. The plurality of components are stored in a repository of a server. The repository also stores a history of any changes made to the components. A plurality of client computers are bidirectionally connected to the server. Each client computer may obtain the current version of the components and may send locally edited versions of the components back to the server to replace the current versions in the repository. At the client computer, the user interacts with the components using conventional file-based software. Before locally edited versions of the components are committed to the server to replace the current versions, a synchronization and merging process occurs whereby the latest version of the components are downloaded to the client computer and are compared to the locally edited version of the components to detect resolvable (compatible) and unresolvable (incompatible) conflicts therebetween. The commit process is performed only if no unresolvable conflicts exist between the two versions of the components. To facilitate translation between file-based data and components, a schema is written to "wrap" each of the engineering file formats. Each schema is a set of classes that capture all of the information in the file-based data.

The method includes first establishing a credit line for the buyer by the financial institution. Next, placing a purchase order for a product or service by the buyer to the seller and entering a purchase order number into the business payment system. Next, accepting the purchase order by the seller and providing the product or service to the buyer. Next, sending an invoice by the seller to the buyer and entering the invoice into the business payment system against the purchase order number. Next, approving the invoice by the buyer, entering the approval into the business payment system and notifying the financial institution of the approved invoice by the business payment system. Finally, approving payment of the approved invoice by the financial institution and paying the invoice by transferring money from the buyer's credit line to an account of the seller. The seller sets a payment term for the invoice and pays a seller's fee to the financial institution upon receipt of the invoice payment. The seller's fee depends upon the invoice payment term. The buyer pays interest to the financial institution when the invoice payment term is not met. Access to the online business payment system is secure and selective access permissions are defined for each member.

The invention relates to a breaker of a direct current system, in particular to a semi-controlled active injection current high voltage direct current breaker and a realization method thereof. The breaker comprises a high speed switch-thyristor module branch, as well as a lightning arrester branch and a bridge circuit which are connected in parallel with the branch, wherein a capacitor-reactor series branch and a resistor-thyristor series branch are connected in parallel and then connected with middle points of two bridge arms of the bridge circuit; and the two ends of a capacitor are connected in parallel with a charging loop. The breaker is based on a direct current breaking principle by the traditional active injection current manner; semi-controlled power electronic devices are added; a high speed mechanical switch is adopted; the advantage of low loss during normal breakover is kept; and bidirectional current can be broken quickly without an arc. The breaker is simple in circuit topological structure, simple and convenient to control, mature in technology, easy to realize, great in current breaking capability, high in withstand voltage level and strong in expansion capability, and the cost is lowered greatly since the number of the adopted power electronic devices is small.

The invention provides a virtual-impedance-based inverter parallel running method, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: for each inverter, introducing a virtual generator which is connected to a point with the inverter by virtual impedance; performing droop control on the virtual generators, regulating the frequency and voltage amplitude of each virtual generator by utilizing the active power and reactive power of the corresponding inverters respectively, and further calculating voltage directive values of the virtual generators; and based on the voltage directive values, further calculating output voltage directive values of the inverters, and controlling the inverters to output voltages to track the directive values, thereby realizing control over the voltages of the virtual generators and finally realizing the decoupling regulation of the active power and the reactive power. In the method, a control policy for the wireless parallel running of the inverters is realized by utilizing the virtual impedance; and compared with the conventional control methods, the invention is not required to remarkably increase hardware investment, and betters the using effects of droop characteristics to make applicable the droop characteristics to resistive environments.
