The disinfectant is prepared by the following steps: weighing materials by weight percent; fine grinding houttuynia, pasqueflower and rush to 20-100nm grade; distilling all materials after mixing and adding them into a distiller; then crystalling by cooling after inputting the materials into cooling pot. According to the invention, the disinfectant can realize continuous dynamic bacteriostasis in crowded public places and prevent cross infection.
