Abstract

The method is characterized by comprisingthe following steps that: S1, a PCS startup strategy is executed to finish PCS startup; S2, a PCS adjustment instruction is generated to realize peak clipping and valley filling according to the peak-valley leveling time information of electricity prices; and S3, instruction issuing protection logic is enabled, and the PCS adjustment instruction is issued, so that frequent instruction issuing canbe avoided, wherein the PCS adjustment instruction comprises a power reference instruction and a mode reference instruction. Compared with the prior art, the method adjusts the PCS adjustment instruction based on a state logic judgment method, peak clipping and valley filling and the maximum income of a user are achieved; the state of charge of a battery is no longer used as an instruction for charging or discharging the battery; the maximum efficiency operation of a retired battery system is achieved.
