The method comprises the steps of: taking configuration parameters of a read-write test tool as genotypes of a genetic algorithm, and taking test instructions related to the configuration parameter as phenotypes; dividing the corresponding phenotypic individuals into a plurality of populations according to the values of the configuration parameters, and performing intra-population cross processing on the phenotypic individuals in each population by utilizing a genetic algorithm; obtaining the fitness of a new phenotypic individual; according to the fitness, collecting a plurality of phenotypic individuals from various populations by adopting a roulette selection mode toserve as iterative populations; and performing iterative screening on the iterative population by using the genetic algorithm until a phenotypic individual with the best fitness is screened out, andoutputting the phenotypic individual with the best fitness as a test scheme. According to the method, an NVMeSSD optimal performance test scheme is generated by utilizing the thought of the genetic algorithm, so that the working efficiency is greatly improved, and the reusability of the test scheme is relatively high.
