A buffer pipe is externally arranged on the valve body so thatwhen hot water needs to be used, cold water in a delivering pipe can be delivered into the buffer pipe from a buffer cavity only by pressing the control handle, and then when the hot water reaches, the hot water can be delivered out by directly lifting the control handle; and meanwhile, the buffer cavity is connected with the cold water inlet channel, so that in the process of needing cold water,water in the buffer pipe can be reused through the cold water, the hot water can be used instantly, meanwhile, waste of water resources is further avoided, and finally the purposes of water saving andinstant heating are achieved.
