The method comprises the steps of obtaining a logistics track of ato-be-identified parcel according to a logistics order number; judging whether the logistics track hits at least one rule in a first rule set or not; if so, identifying the to-be-identified part as areturned part; if not, judging whether the logistics track hits at least one rule in a second rule set or not; if so, identifying that the to-be-identified part is a suspected return part; and if not, identifying the to-be-identified piece as a non-return piece, each rule in the first rule set and the second rule set being generated by a logical operation of at least one rule item acquired in a rule item set, and at least part of the rule items in the rule item set being multiplexed for the rules of the first rule set and the second rule set.
