The invention discloses a system and equipment for cognitive diseases based on cross-modal medical biological characteristics of fever with rash and a storage medium, and the system comprises: a preprocessing module which is used for obtaining and preprocessing multi-modal medical biological samples of multiple patients with fever with rash; a feature extraction module which is used for extracting feature information of each sample, performing feature screening and disease cause classification, and constructing a sample data set according to disease causes; a model building module which is used for training the sample data sets by using an AdaBoost algorithm and building a disease cognitive system model; and an etiological analysis module which is used for performing etiological analysis on the to-be-identified multi-modal medical biological sample of the fever and rash through the disease cognition system model.
