Abstract

A claim settlement method and device based on a block chain, and an electronic device are applied to a claim settlement server corresponding to a claim settlement acceptor, and the block chain deploys an intelligent contract for carrying out risk management on claim settlement initiated by a claim settlement user. The intelligent contract maintains a claim settlement blacklist formed by each group member in a preset claim settlement industry group and claim settlement risk information which is stored on the block chain and indicates the claim settlement risk. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring claim settlement information submitted by the claim settlement user through a claim settlement client; in response to a query operation initiated by a claim acceptance party for the claim information, calling a matching logic in the smart contract, and matching the claim information with the claim risk information in the claim blacklist; and if the claim settlement information is not matched with the claim settlement risk information in the claim settlement blacklist, performing claim settlement processing based on the claim settlement information.
