Abstract

The invention provides a kit for identifying myospalax fontanieri (E.fontanieri). The kit comprises a reagent for detecting any one or more of the following three SNP (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism) sites of a species to be detected: the 37th site of a conserved motif sequence shown as SEQ ID NO: 5 in a 12S rRNA (Ribosomal Ribonucleic Acid) gene, the 23rd site of a conserved motif sequence shown as SEQ ID NO: 6; and the 18th site of a conserved motif sequence is shown as SEQ ID NO: 7 in the 16S rRNA gene. The invention provides the kit for simply, conveniently and accurately identifying the species of the myospalax fontanieri and the method for identifying the myospalax fontanieri, the problem of identifying the species of the zokor through the form is solved, and the kit has an excellent application prospect in identifying the species of the zokor.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of identification, and in particular relates to a kit and a method for identifying Chinese zokors. Background technique [0002] Zokor is a collective name for animals in the subfamily Myospalacinae, and it is a rodent adapted to living underground. Zokor is stout and cylindrical, with a broad and flat head, with tentacles on the head, blunt nose with exposed nose pads, short tail and limbs, extremely small eyes, poor vision, almost covered by hair, and degenerated auricles. Hidden under the hair. Zokors are mainly distributed in my country, and are also found in Mongolia and Siberia. They inhabit forest edges, grasslands and farmland. They live in burrows during the day and occasionally go to the ground at night. They feed on roots, stems and seeds of plants and store them in caves. Lots of food. Zokors dig burrows very fast, with a complex burrow system and many branches. Usually there is no obvious exit...
