Abstract

The invention relates to a reversible double-watermark scheme suitable for a color image. The reversible double-watermark scheme comprises the processes of embedding of a robust watermark, extraction of the robust watermark, embedding of a fragile watermark, extraction of the fragile watermark and image recovery. The robust watermark embedding process comprises the steps of generating an embedding position map by using a pre-embedding method, increasing robustness by using integer wavelet transform, and embedding a robust watermark by using a differential histogram translation method; the robust watermark extraction clock comprises the step of extracting the watermark by using inverse integer wavelet transform and differential histogram translation; when the fragile watermark is embedded, a hash sequence is used for generating the fragile watermark, and the fragile watermark is embedded in a block prediction error expansion mode; and hash sequences are compared during fragile watermark extraction, if the Hash sequences are consistent, watermark image recovery is carried out, and if the Hash sequences are not consistent, a tampering detection positioning image is generated, and a tampering position is positioned.
