The system comprises a main body, a centering device, a first adjusting mechanism, a marking mechanism, a second adjusting mechanism and a controller, wherein the main body is hollow, and a concave part which is concave towards the top is arranged at the bottom of the main body; the centering device is arranged in the concave part; the first adjusting mechanism is arranged on the main body to receive an adjusting instruction; the marking mechanism is arranged in the concave part; the second adjusting mechanism is arranged in the main body and is connected with the marking mechanism; the controller is arranged in the main body, is electrically connected with the centering device, the first adjusting mechanism, the second adjusting mechanism and the marking mechanism, and is used for adjusting the position of the centering device according to the adjusting instruction so as to enable the centering device to be aligned with a to-be-marked area; the adjusting mechanisms further send a centering completion instruction after centering; and the controller locks the position of the centering device according to the centering completion instruction, controls the second adjusting mechanism to adjust parameters of the marking mechanism, and controls the marking mechanism to mark the to-be-marked area after adjustment.
